Account Deletion

Advanced Biblical Foundations allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Advanced Biblical Foundations account in either of the following ways:

Through the Advanced Biblical Foundations app:
Sign in to your account, go to your account or profile settings, and select the option to delete your account.

By email:
Send an email to contact@advancedbiblicalfoundations.org with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” Please send the request from the email address associated with your Advanced Biblical Foundations account so that we can verify your request.

What Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, we will delete the personal information associated with your account, including:

• Your name
  Your email address
  Your account information
  Your saved lesson, video, or course viewing history and progress
  Other personal information associated with your account

If you signed in using Google, deleting your Advanced Biblical Foundations account will delete the account information and data maintained by Advanced Biblical Foundations. It will not delete or otherwise affect your Google account.

Certain information may be retained when required or permitted by law, including information necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or record keeping purposes.

Processing Your Request

We may need to verify your identity before completing an account deletion request. Once your request has been verified and processed, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted, subject to any information we are legally required or permitted to retain.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
